“Nice colour combination but the inner liner means it's impossible to pull the hat right down over the ears. It's the right circumference for my head just not as deep as my other hats so it feels like it might fall off. Its definitely waterproof and keeps the head warm without sweating so it seems to be breathable too.”

“It took way to long to have the hat delivered. I am used to receiving standard delivery orders within 2 or 3 days not two weeks. Was it on a slow boat from China? Now that I have the hat, I like it.”

“Excellent product but size guide is way adrift. Chart said medium but after reading reviews I went up 2 sizes to XL. Still snug but OK”

“Loves come up 2 sizes too small - hand width is the problem. But to get my medium hand in I needed an XL. The fingers are then too long. Also for a glove sold as a "cold weather glove" these leave my fingers cold at 2C or lower. They look good and are finished well.”

“Interesting and imaginative products. Sole drawback (for me) is that the Wolferton gloves I bought in L run very, very small at the wrist. Impossible for me to use (even though L is my usual size) but I gifted them to a grateful wife!”

“I bought a pair of heated cycling gloves which are amazing. One battery didn't charge properly so I contacted customer care. The AI bot that told me SS could not send me a replacement battery as they are classed as dangerous goods. After getting really annoyed I finally got through to a human (Sophie) who sorted out a new battery. Sack the AI and get more Sophie's please Sealskinz. 10/10 for the product, 0/10 for Nelson the AI bot.”

“Main issue is despite measuring hands. The gloves sizes are not aligned with measurements and are tight, even after sending back my medium size gloves, the large gloves that I replaced them with are still tight. On the reserve size the return process was very good.”

“Good service and gloves. However, ordering goods from the island means long delivery times due to customs procedures. Selecting the gloves, I used the size table of Sealskins. Since gloves were nevertheless far too small, I was forced to return the expensive gloves. And had to pay 16,00 Euros (without tracing option!!) for sending back the small parcel. So, it is a pity, but from now on I will always check from where the goods are sent to me. In this case Made in China, sold and sent from Great Britain. Never again from the British islands.”

“I have had to return my order twice for a replacement due to the fit. The ordering and returns experience was excellent and I can have no complaints but as a company I think you need to take a look at your sizing guides.”

“ordered well before christmas and it was due to arrive on the 16th of december however it was “lost in transit” I got in contact with the team and they did send me a replacement pair which thankfully arrived on christmas eve but it did cause me a lot of unnecessary stress”

“Not as good as they were. Latest gloves may be waterproof but do not keep hands wam below freezing, especially on a bike with the windchill. The old gloves with Porelle lining and gel pads on the palms were so much better in winter conditions. Where are they now?”
