“Service (order to delivery) very good, but product description (“extreme cold weather gloves”) stretching it somewhat. Not much better than ordinary gloves.”

“Very good gloves, although their glove sizes are way off - best to try on first if possible, as they come up smaller than true hand size. Would have got 5 stars.”

“I ordered what was for me a very expensive pair of gloves meant to deal with ultra low temperatures. Unfortunately, they are not as protective as I had hoped and my fingers still get too cold while cycling on frosty days”

“Company is great, but poor description of Swaffham mittens doesnt describe how they have finger separators within the mitten, which was the reason why we returned them. Disappointed you dont sell an equivalent of the brilliant Skiddaw mitten”

“Gloves really good quality but sizing poor. Need more dimensions as purchased gloves for my son who came up in medium, decided to go for large and then swapped for extra large still too short. Returns excellent and very efficient. Sent a query re poor sizing not heard back yet but was only a week before Xmas.”

“Great service but sadly the fingerless gloves I bought do not feel the same quality as previous Sealskinz ones. Not as soft or warm feeling. They have a different fibre mix. Previous versions were perfect.”

“Found them.to be not as soft (like wool) as I had expected but maybe that's just the nature of the beast. Didn't notice them to be any warmer than other socks. Haven't tried them in really wet conditions yet.”

“I bought a beautiful pair of gloves that said they were extremely warm but they aren’t that warm sadly. I wanted them for when I ride my bicycle to work to keep my hands warm. They don’t right away in the morning, my fingers are still cold but on the way home they are warmer. These gloves were supposed to be for extreme cold. I wouldn’t buy them again which is a shame. They were a lot of money to spend on gloves and if they kept my fingers warm I wouldn’t mind about the price because they would be worth the money.”

“The hat I got is nice & warm, but is not 100% waterproof! It leaks round the head band, not happy. The socks & gloves are great though.”

“The inside of the hat is too separate from the outside so it is detached and I didn’t expect that from seemingly a quality item. It doesn’t feel quality because of this. I bought from Sealskinz as I wanted a quality warm hat but the inside of the hat moves about and feels poor.”

“Havnt yet tested the product as they were for my son. I ordered them weeks ago but they never came in time for the army trip he needed them for so I will just give them to him for Christmas and then can give proper review but posting took way too long”
