“Need to sort out sizing and train up customer service as it doesn't make sense. For info an XXL is on the item as a size 12 (but quite a tight size 12) and the sizing chart on the website doesn't seem to make much sense or refer to this.”

“I purchased sealskinz beginning of Jan 2025. They worked well initially but one month later and they have a hole in them, waterproof no more. Quite disappointed.”

“Gloves look great, very smart but offer very little in the way of warmth. I also bought a pair for my wife which fitted so badly we had to send them back. This was fine and easy to do and the refund was prompt. The second pair for myself look great but offer very little warmth in the cold which is a shame.”

“Very tight around the fingers (and thumb) and I don't have sausage hands, palm width is good, the glove fingers are also quite long, but probably the better trade off vs tight palms, so check for palm fit over hand length. The leather is smooth and supple (once worn a little). no checked the water proofing yet, but they have offered good wind resistance and warmth in -5°C windchill.”

“as of today the parcel has not arrived ! the parcel, when looking at the tracker is still at 2/7 with 7 being "Delivered" and 2 being "Transit" I do find that a bit pathetic considering the cost of payment for this "delivery"; this mode of delivery is not worth the money at all; there is not even a delivery dated given in the tracking app which elevates tha annoyance into anothet level ... I also find it strange of you asking me about feedback, when you must have access to the data and actually can see that the parcel did not even arrive yet”

“The company hid the fact that my order would be shipping from another country until after they shipped, well after order confirmation. It took 25 days for my order to reach me. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous. If they can't be up front and honest about their shipping practices, I would not trust them in any other aspect of business.”

“Bought six pairs of gloves, 2 for son 2 for daughter and two for me One pair was faulty and I had to send back , recieved a replacement 3 weeks later, missing Christmas.Gloves were heavily reduced but fit were small and quality were not up to reduced price tag.Will not use again sorry.”

“Bought a pair about 3 years ago which were great in function and fit maybe 4 years size medium . The pair I bought recently had to be returned fingers close to 1 inch too long also very tight around the wrist . Ended up buying new batteries for my old gloves which are still fine . The size I ordered were medium so the difference was quite surprising maybe using different manufacturers shame .”

“Gloves seemed like a quality item, but even after measuring and following the recommended sizing guide, still way too big. Although there is a Canadian website, all stock ships from the UK - took 3 weeks to get here and return/exchange is a non-starter because I'm responsible for the cost to ship it back, which is more than the gloves are worth. I gave them to a friend and ordered another pair off Amazon. Seemed like a quality item, but I doubt I'll deal with Sealskinz directly again.”
