“Gloves seemed like a quality item, but even after measuring and following the recommended sizing guide, still way too big. Although there is a Canadian website, all stock ships from the UK - took 3 weeks to get here and return/exchange is a non-starter because I'm responsible for the cost to ship it back, which is more than the gloves are worth. I gave them to a friend and ordered another pair off Amazon. Seemed like a quality item, but I doubt I'll deal with Sealskinz directly again.”

“Bought a hoodie said had secret pocket on the tag attached to garment but did not feel a little let down. Phoned sealskinz direct they had no clue said it did. Then someone from the company not the call centre said it did not.”

“Purchased a Seaskinz waterproof beanie a few weeks ago. It’s the largest size Sealskinz offer, but it was WAY too small. This is really very disappointing indeed as the advertising literature indicates that this should have fitted me.”

“Yes, very nice quality hat. But I would echo the view of others that it doesn’t quite fit properly. I have a smallish head for a woman and the adjuster at the back is too high, making the cap too shallow. It doesn’t sit fully on the head. If this is an adjustable, one size hat, then the it should be a deeper to rest fully on the head and feel more secure & comfortable. So in that respect, for the price, rather a disappointment. For the price, I’d expect a perfect fit.”

“I've bought Sealskinz gloves before & been very happy with the product, but noticed some disparity over the sizing, so I measured my hands & was recommended a medium. On wearing the gloves, I thought they were rather on the small size, however on the first cold day of December the real disappointment was that they were certainly not cold weather gloves. This was compounded by the fact that on the first day of snow in January the staining of the leather appears to have melted away on the fingertips. Please see attached photo.”
