“Rather disappointed to have had to replace a pair bought a few years ago for wet winter cycling. They no longer keep out water. Since I need to keep dry to avoid my feet becoming cold ( poor circulation) I have had to pay the cost of another pair. The original pair is not visibly worn or torn. I have not used the new pair yet.”

“Okay but not worth the money. Feet were damp after working in wet conditions all day. Purposely wore work boots that weren't 100% waterproof to put them to the test.”

“Waterproof socks are good. But both waterproof and bamboo socks are wayyy too loose. I'm US size 11.5 and ordered Large. Uncomfortably loose.”

“Got the socks just before our trip. Unfortunately the socks were not what I expected at all and not something I could wear. Was going to try and return them before I left but did not have a chance before my trip, and I could not easily fined return instructions on the website.”

“The first order was "lost" in the post ...had to chase them quite a bit to get a resolution ...preferred approach from them seemed to be to cancel the order but I insisted they fulfill as ordered ...delivery wasn't particularly quick even after that ... quality of the goods is high and I'm pleased with the items I bought but sometimes I felt as though the customer service is purely AI based ...very odd times of day to respond ...”

“The socks were awful, baggy around the ankles etc., so I returned them. However, this was free & I got a prompt refund. So, poor product, great customer service = average score.”

“A super product but I purchased these mittens to help with my v cold hands. However I also have two fingers that are bent and finger gloves are nearly impossible to wear. These mittens are super quality but what a shock when I discovered they are lined with gloves with fingers, sadly defeats the purpose for me. Uh”
