“I bought two caps which were way too small. I’ve not experienced this with any brand before and since the caps were only available in one size I don’t expect to ever buy a hat from you again.”

“Hat feels like there's a plastic bag between the two layers and makes my head sweat like crazy. I have Sealskinz gloves that are brilliant so thought I'd go for the hat. Yeah big mistake unfortunately and not cheap.”

“I never got to try on the two pairs of gloves I ordered since it took 3 weeks to arrive and I had already left for the trip i needed the gloves for. When I sent them back it took 4.5 days... that's just not right. Knowing my order could have gotten to me on time is really frustrating. Found out after ordering that SealskinzUSA is still operated from the UK. And oddly enough new shoppers in the UK get 20% but only 10% for USA. Luckily the gloves I got on holiday were just as waterproof and cheaper. I don't think I'll need to give Sealskiz another chance but I would since the customer service was so nice.”

“I ordered what I thought were ladies small gloves which arrived and were far too big so had to return. I have contacted Sealskinz for advice on which gloves to order and no one has got back to me”

“Von den zwei bestellten Paar Socken entsprach nur eines der gewünschten Farbe. Da wenigstens die Farbe stimmte, spare ich mir und der Umwelt lieber zusätzlichen Rück- und Versandaufwand zumal der Zeitaufwand hierfür unkalkulierbar ist. Leider ist die Qualität und Funktionalität des Produkts an sich alle Mühen und Gedult wert!”

“I am so disappointed with the Anmer glove purchase. I have tested them on long, chilly and damp dog walks, and their marketed thermal properties certainly do not keep my hands warm. If anything, it is far better without wearing the gloves. Such a waste of money. The first time I wore them, the gloves were tight and very well fitting, but by the second and third, they are becoming loose around the hands and roll up in the palms.”

“Very good but very expensive , I mean come on, they have socks that cost £50 a pair, I got the cheaper ones at £20, and to be honest there’s similar on the market at half the price, really good product but overpriced”

“A website named sealskinsusa would lead someone to believe they were shopping a US sight. It wasn’t until I checked tracking that I found out you were out of the country! I never received my package. I’m giving two stars vs one because of the prompt refund.”

“The gloves are way too small. According to the glove sizing chart, I need a size M (with a circumference of 21 cm around the knuckles). However, the size M didn’t fit and was so tight that I could feel my heartbeat pulsing in my fingers. Somehow, the recommendation and reality don’t align.”
