Nice and easy process to order and I like the facility to request a notification when items are back in stock. Items arrived well packed and happy to order again. The only reason for just 4 stars is due to the delivery process. I received a 4 hour window from Royal Mail so ensured I stayed at home. They eventually delivered the parcel 24 hours later. Not impressed with the service from Royal Mail, and not uncommon in my experience unfortunately.
