“Service was rapid and efficient. Some means of seeing just how fine the different grades of 'infini model' lycra rigging thread are before ordering would be appreciated. 'Medium' turned out OK but it was only a guess . . .”

“My only bug-bear is that the kit boxes need more packaging. I am seriously considering NOT ordering any more kits over the internet. Is it too much to ask that when ordering kits on-line, they should turn up just like I picked one up in a shop?”

Thank you for your review, we haven't heard from you about any damage to your order, we spend a lot on packaging and make sure we have the right size box for the products without cramming the items in and risk damaging them, the kit that you ordered should have been in an oversized box with void fill round it.

“Unfortunately on opening, one of the clear bags looked like it had been opened and resealed. There was a spur with the poly caps was missing! I’ve contacted Meng spares and they are dealing with it for me. The kit itself looks good though”

“Very quick service. Items arrived as ordered although one box bore evidence of being crushed despite this figures in side in good order. The product was 2 boxes of Perry miniatures from Zulu wars. Figures beautifully detailed however did have a lot of flash that needs to be removed. Hence I have not bothered with the figures as yet.”
