“Quick and efficient,my only criticism is I think postage is excessive for small light items.Perhaps postage could be based on weight and/or size.Other than that no issues.”

Thank you for your review, our prices are based on what Royal Mail class as a small packet, 99% of orders we send would be classed as small or large packet, very few are large letters. 2 jars of paint are classed as a small packet due to the packet being thicker than the size for a large letter, the good thing for our customers means you pay the same from 20g to 2.5kg

Thank you for your review, looking at your order you chose standard delivery, this is typically 2-3 working days, your order left us on the 2nd and was delivered on the 5th, so it was certainly within the delivery timeframe, if you need your order quicker we do have other faster delivery options.

“It is going to take maybe years to complete my wants and needs etc,.......... due to the wide and varied choices available to me.But especially the concept of a 1/48th scale modern British diorama involving armour,infantry foot patrols, optional helicopters overhead as well as civilians,journalists,etc.”

“Nice little kit (ruined shed) which I saw reviewed in a model railway journal. Haven't built it yet. Instructions could be a lot better - just a few diagrams printed on a very small piece of paper. No written directions or general advice, in particular, such as what type of adhesive to use. I feel the product has been let down by laziness in producing the instructions”
