“I have had much better quality carpet runners from other suppliers in the past. . The runner that I have recently purchased from you has a kink going from one side to the other. It does not lay completely flat and could, therefore, cause someone to trip.”

“They simply forgot to despatch my order. Only when we telephoned twice, did they suddenly have it collected by the courier. So, it was finally collected by the courier on the actual day we were expecting to receive it - and so it finally arrived with us several days later.”

“Pleased with the carpet runners when they arrived. Unfortunately the day after we placed an order there was a 10% discount introduced. We had not even had delivery when this happened. I emailed Carpet Runners UK immediately about this, but they could not be bothered to reply to my email. This left me feeling very disappointed.”

“I decided to order two stair runners from carpet runners as I had used them before and on that occasion I was impressed. They had sent me a voucher for 15% off my next order which they did not honour, even though they had o ly sent it to me the day before. The size I ordered was not in stock so I settled for a different one, they said they would refund the difference they did but £10 short.”
