Bought Zoe runners and rug and I know they were not super expensive but disappointed with quality. Very thin, very creased and ends continue to stick up despite reverse rolling and weighting down making them a trip hazard. It's such a shame as colour and pattern just what I wanted.

I'd love to review my experience with Runrug but cannot as our rug is yet to appear! The rug was due for delivery a week ago but is still not here. The delivery firm Runrug use say they do not have a vehicle large enough to deliver it. Mmmm??

I unrolled and laid the runner as advised however I cannot get the runner to stay flat despite several attempts. I have tried reversing the direction in the hall but the runner keeps rumpling and is a trip hazard. I have attached a photograph of the problem.

Poor quality and much darker in colour than the image online . Lots of lines and marks and a noticeable crooked edge to the mat and should have returned immediately but my son had already disposed of the packaging and put the rugs out for me ,so I will keep on this occasion but woukd not order again as they really are of a very poor standard.

Hi Andrea, I'm very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your order. The appearance of the runner online can differ from what you may see in person as each person can naturally see colour differently and it can also appear slightly different on different screens and screen settings. The lines and marks are also common and completely natural, this can be due to the way the pile of the carpet is facing. We got our runner rugs quickly, and when we opened the package, we know why. The rugs are not bad quality but look nothing like the pictures. The ends were simply cut and no seam. They look cheap like something you go and get at Lowes and they just cut it off to length and send to you. We will not be ordering from your company again at that price point. Bruce English

Hi Bruce, We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, depending on your screen and screen settings products can sometimes differ from what you may see in person. Another factor is that, as individuals we can all see colour slightly differently, so because of this we understand why your order may have looked different upon receiving. In regards to the seaming, Inca is a range that doesn't fray so it doesn't actually require binding on the edges. Item is lovely, but would have been nice to receive a time window when it would have been delivered, as it was it turned up a day earlier lucky l happened to be in.

I received two different-width runners. I have tried reaching out, but have not heard anything back. One runner was marked 2ft 4" but it is only 2ft. I need someone to help me.

Ordered my runner late July received delivery date of 7th September contacted you directly questioning the long delivery time within 1 day I had my runner I returned my purchase because the quality wasn't what I expected in relation to the purchase price I am awaiting my refund customer service very good returns easy

Hi Patsy, Thank you for your review. Looking at your order I can see that you have just purchased one of our '30cm' samples. There are two boxes available on the product listing, where you have to click to select the 'length' and 'width' that you require. We offer 'Any Length' carpet runners. Hi Marco, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This particular stair carpet is made using 100% sisal. Sisal is one of, if not the toughest natural fibers that exist in carpets. Sisal is very popular with interior designers for its sculptured basketweave-like texture. The 'Morocco' range is manufactured using a 'flatweave' technique, which ensures that the rug will not fray over time. As a result, a finished or bound edge is not necessary for this particular rug. Occasionally when this product is prepared and cut in the warehouse, there can be some excess threads of sisal left along the cut edge. (This is generally just what has been cut off). I can safely assure you, that this is in no way fraying or pulling. However, if you'd like to contact us directly to provide us with an image, we can certainly look at it for you. Stair carpet had a fault that was visible after I laid the carpet. after They sent me a piece to replace that bit. So carpet will have a join. I have a bad heart so it’s an effort to relay. Not really happy as the carpet should’ve been checked before it was sent

As you mentioned in your review, we were able to provide you with an additional piece of carpet to replace the section that had a line fault, free of charge. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on products that have already been installed. We hope you understand this. We would like to reassure you that 9 times out of 10, stair carpets are installed in smaller sections, and when installed correctly, you cannot see any joins in the carpet, due to the creases in the stairs. I know a black carpet can be difficult to keep clean, but this 7ft x 2ft rug at £72.is made of cheap materiel, where every speck of anything sticks to it...very disappointing for the price....

It is such a shame as black carpet runners do look very modern and stylish, but they do take quite a lot of aftercare as naturally, they will show more specks of fibres which occur naturally within the home.
