“Omg what amazing service! My rug arrived and I had measured not considering a door that had to open. I spoke to Joe (if I recall correctly) and he arranged for the rug to be collected the next day. The size I needed wasn’t in stock so Joe called me back to say they were going to cut my returned one to size and refund the difference. I asked for the cut off to be finished and returned to use as a mat and that was absolutely fine! I’m so chuffed! My new rug and mat will arrive on Monday - less than a week since the first one was delivered! No extra shipping/courier costs charged either. I am so glad I found these guys, would recommend and use them again without a second thought. Really impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Beautiful rug, I made a mistake when ordering so emailed them to let them know, got a reply straight away and they sorted it for me, great customer service ? Rug arrived rolled up and didn't look very thick but once unrolled and shook up it looks lovely, will definitely order from them again.”

“There was a slight mix up over delivery, which was down to miscommunication but once sorted (customer services were excellent) the runner was delivered the next day...and it I'd perfect. Great quality and bang on with sizing. Thank you.”
