“Very pleased with service from runrug but they were let down by their courier. Once they were informed that my rug had not arrived they phoned back straight away and sent another rug. Runner looks good and they are hardwearing.”

“Delivery service not up to expectations, recieved text message for a delivery on a particular date so had to make arrangements to make sure their was someone at home but DHL was 4 days late and still left my runner outside behind our wheelie bin in the rain eventhough their was someone at home waiting for the delivery. UPDATE recieved a discount from runrug for the poor delivery service which is customer service above and beyond for something out of their control. This is a company that values its customers.”

“Ordered a 10 x 3 foot hall runner which arrived very quickly. Was very pleased with the quality of the runner and an added bonus was it had a rubber backing, perfect for a wooden floor and very reasonably priced too. I ordered it in charcoal grey but in certain lights it does tend to look more bluey than grey but overall delighted with my purchase. Would certainly recommend, thank you runrug.com!”

“The runner I received was very nice and exactly as represented on the website. I had a few issues with the delivery and I am still waiting for the second part of my shipment. Overall, dealing with Runrug.com has been a very positive experience. Their customer service people were very responsive when I needed assistance with the courier company and treated me respectfully and professionally. Would recommend the company / products.”
