“I would not hesitate to recommend Rhinox I had made purchases in the past and will continue to do so in the future all products are top quality, strong and have a great lifetime use. Cannot fault delivery next day and Warren in customer service could not be more helpful. Thanks to all at Rhinox.”

“When orders paid for next day delivery, waited a week then called and was told the item had to be made and was given a date . That was fine , a bit misleading when asked if you want next day delivery. Waited till two or three days after the delivery date given called in to be told they had to wait for parts this is puzzling as I had ordered a digger bucket. Item came a few days later I was offered my next day delivery money back but never received it.”

“They told me the attachment would fit my machine but when I got it it would not and now they want to charge me over half what I paid to return. I definitely would not recommend. Scam”

“after checking online, and being confirmed 8 riddle rake buckets were in stock and ordered with next day dalivery, over 4 weeks later the bucket arrives with no apology or explanation, i could have got it ordered and delivered from abiljo within 4 days, emails were sent and no response was given, not good service.”

I have looked through the details Reviews.io has submitted alongside your review, and cannot see any orders associated with your name or email address. Could it be that you have accidently left the review for the wrong company? Hey Jack, Sorry, just realised your order was placed for the US/Canada market. It looks like there was an issue with the FedEx label, meaning your item was returned back to our shipping warehouse in Alabama. Sadly FedEx still class this as 'Delivered' so it was missed from our system. We will be in touch and put a plan in place ASAP for you. I believe the communication issue is due to us having bank holidays here in the UK. Sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience.
