“Ordered my buckets on Tuesday 4th April via website after speaking to Dave, expected them to arrive on the Thursday (Next day delivery?) ready for a long weekend of work, but unfortunately they did not arrive.. went on the supplied tracking information and there was no details at All. Very disappointed as I’ve lost the whole weekend of work. As for the buckets themselves I cannot comment until I receive??”

“I'm sure the digger bucket is as good as the others I already have. But I wouldn't know, as my 'next day delivery' is still not here 4 days later. Unfortunately, Rhinox have chosen to use Fed Ex who seem to take pride in elevating the every-day incompetence of delivery companies to a whole new level. Had I realised FedEx were going to be used, I would have saved myself the trouble and elected to collect the bucket on foot. Would have been quicker and less hassle.”

“Office based customer service was excellent and the delivery itself was punctual and seamless. The only adverse criticism I have is that when attempting to track the consignment, the system would not accept the combination of post code and tracking number, hence the need to contact the office where I was dealt with courteously and efficiently.”

Hello Sabin, Looking at your tracking information from DPD, they attempted to delivery your order twice, however you were not available to receive your delivery. The first attempt was in fact next day from when you placed your order. If you need to change your delivery address or date, please contact DPD through the tracking information supplied.
