To be fair I expect that if they have your item in stock I expect your order will be executed without a problem. My item on the web site showed low/no stock meaning it could be a two week delivery- fine. I placed my order and received an email stating my item was being packed for delivery, so I expectedit in the next couple of days, no delivery and on enquiring where it was I was told no stock (how could they pack it up for delivery??) we were away for a week so we agreed it would be delivered the first Monday we were back - that’s right still no digger bucket! On enquiring again I was told they were waiting for parts and it would now be dispatched on the following Friday. The job I had got it lined up for was gone, they offered to reimburse the cost of the carriage which they did and I finally received the bucket on the Friday. The point that I am trying to make Rhinox is that if you have an issue with an order you need to keep customers informed of issues and progress and not expect the customer to make all the running.Apart from all that I am happy with the bucket!!!!
