“I'd been following Rhinox for a couple months on YouTube, etc, to get an idea of their equipment and accessories. There are other manufacturers with similar equipment but I felt confident that Rhinox would be the best fit for my needs. I run a property development and landscaping company in and around Inverness (EK Property & Landscaping) so operate a 1.5T Volvo excavator. Just bought the 900mm Rake Riddle bucket. It is without a doubt the best and most versatile bucket I have used on a mini Ex. Solid build and perfect design means it rakes the surface vegetation and curls into the ground with ease. Highly recommend this bucket from Rhinox. They have excellent customer service too and ordering online through to delivery was as easy as making a brew. Will be back soon to order a quick hitch. Cheers 😎”

“The quick hitch I ordered for a jcb 8008 only fits Rhiknox buckets on and not the genuine jcb buckets so it’s now useless to me after spending £650”

I am sorry that there is an issue with the fitment of the JCB buckets they should fit assuming they are the same pick up as the hitch, we haven't had this issue before where they don't fit. I have tried to call you to discuss how we can sort this out for you asap weather that be a replacement or a refund if you can all us back so we sort this out for you straight away that would be great. “From initial contact to ensure my pin dimensions were correct and a couple of questions to ensure my decision of which option to take regarding the bucket specification, all answered quickly by David. I would definitely use them again the delivery was fast as well. Cheers Geraint”
