“Fantastic customer service and another quality product, i had browsed the website a couple of times and couldn't quite find the best solution for my needs. I was contacted by one of the team ( Jethro ) who was not at all pushy and helped me find what i needed. “Have used Rhinox before and had great service, unfortunately not this Time. Ordered a quick hitch in in early December and only turned up last week(FEBRUARY). No communication as to when it was being delivered or why it was delayed until I made contact several times.”

“A little disappointed as I phoned the company saying I need the bucket that was in stock by Monday I was told to order online rather than them take the order as that would be quicker I placed an order before 3 taken the day off and now had a text to say they are dispatching the item today which is Monday so don’t think I will receive it today”
