“Failed on two occasions to deliver on time. The intervention of Jerthro is the only reason I have the bucket today. He was excellent!”

“The pins were to big for the bushes supplied and after heating the bushes the pins have been damaged trying to install into bushes, After market parts , never again with Rhinox Group Ltd”

“I recently bought a rake riddle bucket from the guys at rhinox. A great addition, it leaves a nice finish, removes stones and vegetation. It separates the stone for later use. Great service from Jethro, well delivered and speedy less than 24 hours and included two pins.”

“Overall experience was a positive one just would have benefited with better communication. As to the process from ordering no mention of the buckets being made to order. Just be better if they were more upfront. It makes it so much easier to plan work .other then that very good product”

“The clay bucket i brought is useless as it is. Its a 6 inch wide bucket but the pins at the top are to long so it could never did a 6 inch wide trench. I would like it sorted please”

“Came on time which is good only trouble 4 of the nuts would not fit the bolts as the threads was different so now down a bucket as could not get ready because I had taken old teeth and side cutters off ..... all sorted it had a phone call 1st thing on Monday with apologise and following day delivery of new nuts and bolt's couldn't fault the response so changing to 5 stars rating thanks for sorting so quickly...”
