“Excellent quality cardigan, arrived promptly but was too big. Returned and waiting for refund but found website and process difficult to negotiate. Have now ordered smaller cardigan as it was not possible to just exchange.”

“Had brought a pair of the sheep wrist wamers sometime ago and mistakenly put them in a normal wash, hence they shrunk. Missed them so much ended up buying another pair and another to go with them. The updated style are a little bigger but both have me smiling again as cheerful and finger free especially if working from home on that keyboard. Thank you.”

“Perfect fit - I sent in my size. Warm and snuggly. I was concerned that it felt very light - but it did not detract from the warmth. Love choice of colours.”

“Lovely gloves, maybe a bit more quality control needed, though,as one very much bigger than the other? I understand that,. by the nature of your business, individual garments will differ. However, a pair should be a pair. A long soak in conditioner and bit of stretching has me wearing both gloves now but it was a disappointing start.”

“My order took 11 days to arrive, hence loss of one star - although this may have been an issue with Royal Mail rather than Pachamama. Eleanor from their customer service replied promptly to me to set things right so well done for that.”

“I bought a couple of pairs of fingerless gloves for my mum as a gift. I've purchased before and love the products. However, my mum said that she'll only be able to wear one pair of the gloves as the thumb hole is too small on one pair. She has small hands so the hole must be really small.”

“Hello! The quality is perfect, 100% wool hand made hats. But if you prefer more shape staff then try to suit correct things, the cerdigans are really big. The design is especially directed to such model. The S size looks and fits as L. And a bit heavy.”

“Quick service. Was happy with a toque I ordered earlier. Not happy with the sweater I ordered most recently. I would just warn people ordering from abroad to be very certain about size and quality of what you're ordering because between the taxes, duties and brokerage fees and broker taxes due on receipt and then the cost of shipping the item back, there will be very little actual refund.”

“I just love pachamama creations I want everything they make including my new sofa socks:) The minor matters for me though are I feel that the inner fleece is oversize in comparison to the outer sock it’s all crumpled up making the wear frustrating! I’ve also found that the one I bought for my husbands Christmas gift has had a colour run . Aside from these factors I will continue to purchase from pachamama because stated they’re mad superbly x”
