“I love this jumper so much but its so so itchy :( I have tried to soften it by handwashing in conditioner etc. but its still spiky/itchy. Any tips? Its so beautiful and I really want to wear it”

Hi, thanks for your review - we appreciate you taking the time. It's pleasing to know that you love the jumper so much and we would also really want you to wear it more! Since you ordered one of our unlined (Daisy) sweaters, it is obviously more itchy than our lined ones, but they will become less itchy over time - we recommend that you hand wash it at least once more before wearing again if you are still concerned with it. It can also be machine washed at 30 degrees. The Daisy sweater is, by far, our best selling women's sweater, and has been in our range for over 20 years and barely changed in this time, so it's clearly working for most people! “Very happy with the purchase - as was the recipient (it was a gift to her.) BUT I did find your website hard to negotiate - and in fact the item I bought more or less "bought itself" as once I clicked to look at it more closely, it put itself in my "basket", rather than letting me look at other things first; so I'm glad it WAS appreciated by therecipient.
