“So helpful in customer services when I queried sizing of beanie bobble hats - knowing from experience that one size does not necessarily fit all! Great communication, delivery & product. I hope it will be well received at Christmas!!”

“Puffin jumper Beautiful thick warm jumper. Lovely unique design. It comes up very big. Initially bought the medium as wanted an oversized look. It was massive and would have fitted my husband. Exchanged for a small and very happy with it”

“i love bachmana , i have had many items .. this one is a gift for my partner .. love the quality of the product … my only not disappointment as such .. is that the picture i looked at the garment look like it was different shades of blues .. it not its neutrals . it’s still a keep tho .”

“OK, so I bought my first Pachamama headband when I was on a weekend away - I fell in love with it!! I have hypothyroidism & fibromyalgia, so it is really hard for me to regulate my body temperature... the headband is ideal for this in cold weather!! I then thought of my mum who is undergoing "the change" and bought her a headband & some handwarmers as an Xmas gift. They look and feel fantastic!! Absolutely amazing & I'll get my own handwarmers, too!!”

“Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. I ordered this item on the 28th November and as of 11th December, have not received the product. I have though been kept informed of the delivery and apparently Royal Mail collected the package on the 29th November and I do have a tracking number, but Royal Mail have not received it apparently. Hopefully it turns up as the gloves are a gift for Christmas. I ordered a pair of Pachamama gloves from another retailer and I received them two days later and they are lovely.”

“I bought fingerless gloves and found them so warm I bought the matching hat, then another matching hat with gloves… all beautifully made and attractive knitwear (but fleece lined) so feeling smart and warm. Lovely.”

“The items I purchased were delivered promptly and seem of good quality, but as they will not be used until after I give them to my family and friends it is difficult to say anything else. Sorry. Maybe at this time of year you should wait longer before asking for a review.”
