“I ordered a sweet puffin keyring which was as described. The wool sheep dryer balls were good value for money. However, I was disappointed with the bobble hat. I bought this for my dad, who has dementia and feels the cold. I was given a Pachamama bobble hat (about five years ago). I work outside and it’s absolutely fantastic, covering my ears (fleece lined around the hairline) and being immensely protective. The hat I bought for my dad isn’t nearly as thick wool. It’s quite lightweight compared to mine, so I’m not sure it’ll be as useful.”

“These are the fifth, sixth and seventh pairs of handwarmers we've bought from Pachamama, two for us, and the rest as gifts. They always arrive promptly, and are always appreciated by the receivers, several of whom admired the original pair I bought a couple of years ago and asked where they came from. With the lovely fleece lining, they are so toasty on a cold day, and perfect for winter dog walks. You have your fingers available to hold the lead, dig in your pockets for dog treats etc, but otherwise, you can pull your fingers right up into the mitt to keep them warm and cosy, and can still hold the lead in your hand if necessary. They are also perfect for working from home in a cold office if you're too stingy to turn the heating on all day just for you. Product and company highly recommended.”

“Beyond a doubt, this cap/beanie is the warmest I have ever put on my head. I cannot yet attest to the fingerless gloves/mittens, as I have yet to need to utilize them. That being said, it is still too early in our cold season for them to be worn, but when I do, I am sure they will be wonderful.”

“The lined slipper socks looked very nice, but the lining seemed likely to ruck up and be uncomfortable, so I returned them. I would be happy to try another sort another time though.”

“Great company. I ordered a jumper for my husband and a cardigan for me. Mine was too big and didn't suit me so I rang Pachamana and the person I spoke to was lovely! Very helpful and chatty. We now have two beautifully made, cosy warm articles of clothing. Very happy!”
