“Lovely warm hat. Fits well. I have a lot of Pachamama knitware and I have always been very pleased with the products. Especially as there are bright colours to choose from. Happy days 😀”

“Excellent quality, nice designs. The hoody is a neater fit - the jacket again, beautiful colours but neck is just a bit on the wide side. Very cosy . Highly recommend.”

“Bit disappointed to be honest, I’ve had them before and loved them. I take size five but could only order 38/39 so they are quite big and the right one is at least 1/2 inch bigger than the left one 😭☹️”

“I ordered large but it was huge. I saw that returns had to be at my own expense so hung on to it but it swamps me. So disappointed that there isn’t an exchange policy. I’ve had a Pachamama for 30 years so know they’re good quality but the Returns policy is rubbish”

“Fantastic service. I had to return and purchase a different size and I was very well looked after and even telephoned and offered additional return postage, without asking. Very pleased with the Finisterre Lined Socks purchased. Totally support their sustainable and fair approach to clothing and wouldn't be here otherwise.”
