“I wear size 12 clothes. Ordered size S in Sunflower sweater as my last pachamama puffin sweater ordered M as says for sizes 12-14 but it is very wide and big although still love it as nice and soft, this S size Sunflower sweater fits good even though it says for size 8-10 which I am definately not. I would add your dress size with your order just to clarify.”

“I tried on this jumper in The Golden Sheaf in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. The small size was a little too small and short in length, the medium was misshapen and very big so I didn't buy. However, I liked it very much so ordered on line, hence paying a delivery charge. I did request a size 14 UK fit but it is still too long on the sleeve and body. I would be charged to return so I have decided to keep it. If the fit was better I would give 5 stars.”

“Excellent quality cardigan, arrived promptly but was too big. Returned and waiting for refund but found website and process difficult to negotiate. Have now ordered smaller cardigan as it was not possible to just exchange.”

“So please with both sets of hand warmers. I find they keep my hands warmer than thermal gloves and I wear them when I'm out with the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough and in fact it was through a recommendation from a friend which made my mind up to order some. I have a pair for dog walking and a pair for going out. They are so versatile. The customer service at Pachamama is excellent. Delivery brilliant and quality exceptional. Excellent value for money and they also support charities too. What's not to like about Pachamama. I will certainly buy from Pachamama again.”

“Lovely cardigan. Marvellous to have hand knitting! Shame that it can't be hand washed, though. Tweed is washed before it's woven, so I wonder why it's not the case here?”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and we're so happy that you like your new cardigan. You can definitely hand wash your cardi - actually we think it is the best way to clean your woollies! We recommend to hand wash gently with lukewarm to cold water. Nothing hotter than 30 degrees as this will shrink the wool. Dry flat to avoid stretching. Please do keep in mind that wool naturally has antibacterial properties so they do not need to be washed that often! :) -Riza
