“The products are always original,bright and lovingly made.I have bought various hats,gloves etc over the years. It feels good to support fashion with an ethical slant! My only grumble is the price for me is high but I accept that this is a fair price.It will be my one winter woollen item this year! The other slight issue is the wool used is quite itchy and coarse for those with sensitive skin.”

“This is the third hat I've purchased and needless to say I'm extremely happy with the quality and comfort. I bought a penguin bobble hat for Antarctica, a Puffin headband for Iceland and just now a Fox headband for our trip to Norfolk later this year! Had lots of compliments when out and about. Marian”

“Disappointed in my latest purchase - a summer hemp hat which was too small, seemed more suitable for a child, which arrived folded up inside a small grey plastic mail bag with no inner wrapping to respect the quality or size of the item. As it did not fit (my average head) I have returned the hat.”

“I now have 3 Pachamama items - 2 lined hooded jackets and1 lined sweater! All are beautifully knitted, and the lining is so soft and warm! They are perfect winter wear, with no need for an extra coat. I will be buying more!”

“I've ordered at least 5 items from this company, 3 have been excellent but 1 was a cardigan with so many threads hanging inside, the cardigan developed holes. I sent it back and was sent a replacement which was much better. I've just ordered a grey jumper with pink star, when I opened it threads were undone on the pink star. I'm disabled and used to knit my own jumpers so I finished off the ends myself as it is now too much hassle for me to return items. Quality control certainly needs improving. I'm paying a lot of money for these items but I'm sorry to say I won't be purchasing again. Thank you.”

“Love the clothes from Pacamama. Different yet practical with lovely patterns and colours. Love the extra fleece inside the hats for cold days and the hoodies also with the fleece. Can't get my husband to stop wearing his! All the family now have hoodies or zip jumpers from Pacamama. Just done the Christmas shopping for all the younger relatives, all getting different hats and such a variety. Thank you”
