“I just love pachamama creations I want everything they make including my new sofa socks:) The minor matters for me though are I feel that the inner fleece is oversize in comparison to the outer sock it’s all crumpled up making the wear frustrating! I’ve also found that the one I bought for my husbands Christmas gift has had a colour run . Aside from these factors I will continue to purchase from pachamama because stated they’re mad superbly x”

“They have the best designs and are the nicest company to order from. They always work hard to find the right size for me and recently when my boyfriend wanted the Labrador sweater and they didn’t list his size, I wrote to them and they took his measurements and found one for him.”

“I love the hat and the quality however, I am very disappointed with the Pom Pom on the top it is very sparse indeed some strands of wool have come out and it is totally different to the Pom Pom and the picture”

“I ordered the wrong size originally and my refund came through very promptly and my reordered jacket arrived quickly. It is my second Pachamama jacket, my first.one is over 10 years old and as good as new. I wear it every day in cold weather. My new jacket is lovely and a good fit.”
