“Lovely goods received. I ordered ziggy the sheep , and rhe bark anklewarmers. Ziggy takes pride place on my mantle piece , and my ankle warmers adorn my ankles, they are beautifully warm . Both goods are beautifully made . I would recommend highly”

“The items l order that l was happy with are great but my issue is with a cardigan/ coat, l returned for a refund which was returned on the 2nd feb but still waiting a week on for confirmation of my return and refund? I have contacted several times now and l don’t receive any response at all. I’m giving 1 star based on customer service and not on the products which are very good but trying to get response or a refund has been an awful experience.”

“Saw this sheep headband on a lady in a pub. Having admired it she very kindly allowed me to photo the label. I then promptly ordered my own as soon as I got home! Great service, good price and amazing quality. Definitely going to order more styles. Beautifully made with a cosy lining, keeps your ears toasty.”

“I just love pachamama creations I want everything they make including my new sofa socks:) The minor matters for me though are I feel that the inner fleece is oversize in comparison to the outer sock it’s all crumpled up making the wear frustrating! I’ve also found that the one I bought for my husbands Christmas gift has had a colour run . Aside from these factors I will continue to purchase from pachamama because stated they’re mad superbly x”
