“Love this hat, do a lot of walking in the Highland Mountains and the weather is well, Scottish! Arrived in time for first climb start of January, kept head warm and best of all covered my ears from the icy wind. Great value for money would highly recommend. Delivery was very quick too.”

“Quick to send the ordered goods but vwry slow to respond to customer complaint. The goods had been put in a bag which was too small and had ripped open by the time it arrived. Website didn't allow me to upload a photo of the problem at the complaints part so I sent a separate email with a photo which I haven't had a response to. There was no paperwork in the bag to easily return the item and I would need to do so at my own expense.”
