“I phoned the Creiff depot and spoke to Ann-Marie, as I was just about to run out of heating oil. Ann-Marie arranged a fast prompt delivery for me. Excellent customer service”

“On the whole I’d like to give a 5 star review. The prices are always good, the telephone staff are always polite and very helpful. Drivers friendly. BUT I’m on the automatic top up scheme and 3 times now, actually maybe 4 I’ve run out of oil Last time was winter and had no heating or hot water for 2-3 days as it fell on the weekend”
