Always promised a day but never arrives until days later so feel lied to , now not buying any oil again after trying to stay loyal enough was enough

I placed oil order 10 days later I ran out of oil I contacted your Oban branch at nine in the morning to ask why the delay and explains I look after an 88 year old lady and she feels the cold she had been wrapped in fleece throws for 2days I was told the lorry was loading and would be with me that morning I phoned again at 2oclock no delivery we eventually got oil later that day very poor customer service

Purchased and paid for heating oil asked for delivery to be postponed till following week . Reply was that I would have to pay more as the price would be up the following week. I believe that practice is illegal. Not happy customer

As a new customer to OilFast, having my first "fill", I contacted OilFast on 9 February 2024 explaining that I was having a new boiler commissioned on 19 Feb and needed 500 litres of oil to get the system commissioned. Further, that I had arranged for a plumber / heating engineer to visit and commission the system on 19 February. OilFast said "no problem" and agreed, took payment and said that they would deliver 500 litres of oil on 14 February. This did not happen and as I was working away from home, I was not made aware of the failure to deliver. I returned home from work on Friday 16 February in the evening to find the oil tank still empty. I contacted OilFast and after many frantic phone calls, a Manager eventually said that they would get a delivery to me for Monday 19 February at 08:30 prior to the plumber's visit that day. I gave OilFast the option to delay and I said that I could ring and re-arrange the plumber's visit - I was assured that the oil would be delivered "first thing" on Monday! Alas - Monday 8:30 came and went and still no delivery!!! This being 10 days since the original order, and 5 days later than the original agreed delivery date. I telephoned OilFast again - to be advised that their lorries were having a problems and a delivery was going to happen. The heating engineer arrived at about 10am and I explained the problem - no oil - he said he could go to another address and come back later that morning, and hopefully the oil would have come by then. Eventually - at 11am, a OilFast flat-bed van arrived with 8 x 25 ltr barrels of oil and a representative from OilFast brought a 12V battery, a portable pump and had to manually pump 200 litres of oil - he said the remainder of the oil will come later that week. He finished transferring oil to the tank by 11:30am, some 5 days late and still 300 litres short!!! The oil was in a 1200 litre tank, and the 200 litres delivered were only about 1" above the oil outlet of the tank. My heating engineer then arrived about 5 minutes later whilst I was purging the air and filling the "Tiger-loop". He was unable to wait any longer and apologised as he couldn't wait any longer as he had other jobs to do. Having complained - and been given a total "run-around" OilFast have merely sent me 2x £10 vouchers off my next order - As you can imagine - these have gone in the bin and I will NEVER be using OilFast again - sorry! Unfortunately, OilFast has lost a new customer - but I have learnt not to waste my time with them. I have since used another supplier and their order came fast without any hitches and 10p per litre cheaper! "OilSlow" in dribs and drabs is perhaps more appropriate. A true indication of a company is not how they perform when things work; Rather, how they deal with a problem. Having to chase them on multiple occasions over several days, failure to advise me of problems, delays and short-delivery suggests a total lack of care for a customer. Problems with lorries was the only excuse they gave - not good enough!

Been using oil fast for years. It always had good moral, recently staff seem apathetic and rude. Tommy would do anything to help you out, since he left it's gone dramatically down hill.

Have been using Oilfast for the last two years and the service has declined immeasurably, even after purchasing £40,000 of kerosene.

Signed up for the 'premium' service with remote monitoring. Have had to have a heating engineer out on 3 occasions to bleed air from fuel line and recommission the boiler because Oilfast let the tank run empty.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience. FloGas works on a one in one out contract we only had 4 empties so could only purchase 4 which sold out in a day. We don’t accept orders on these items, people call in daily for these so first come first serve. We hope you have a better experience next time.

Your office staff and delivery drivers are excellent, but your oil prices are not nearly the keenest.

Always been pleased with service previously but more than 2 weeks to deliver from order date, have been loyal to Oil fast but enquired about Kerosine price elsewhere and looks as though I was paying more than 10p per litre premium over other suppliers. Disappointing and will tender from now despite not doing this in the past for tractor diesel and kerosine

Order oil was told I would receive a delivery either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, I called Thursday afternoon as no delivery only to be told it would now be delivered Friday, I am Farr from happy perhaps someone could tel them we are in the twenty first century and this type of customer service is no lounger acceptable
