“Oil turned up when expected, can I suggest that you keep the number of drivers coming to Arran to a minimum so that they can get familiar with where to go on the island very pleased so far”

“Staff at the Crieff depot are always friendly, polite and obliging. Lorry driver checks our oil level regularly and keeps us aware of how much oil we have.”

“It was around 7 PM and I suddenly thought I was going to run out of oil soon because the tank was about a foot lower than the boiler and all though there was plenty showing in the tank I thought it was gravity feed from the tank so I panicked and phoned your company it was about 7pm to my surprise a man answered he told me the best he could do was get to me in 5 days time I asked if he could do it sooner he said he would not know until the following day when the day staff came in the following morning at 8am I received a phone call from a lady who told me because I was a regular customer she had moved things around and I would receive my oil in about 2 hours she was grate thank you but my panic was unfounded because the oil is pumped to the boiler it's not graverty feed silly me.”
