“Policy on managing accounts seems draconian and needs to be reviewed. I have been a customer for five years and in credit with my account for the majority of that time. Over the past few months I have gone into arrears due to escalating oil prices ( this will be cleared with my next monthly direct debit) but have now been informed that although I will have cleared this debt in the next month, since it is the anniversary of my account being reviewed I will need to pay in full for any oil I now need. This will mean an outlay of £1000 upfront. Obviously the price of oil has increased dramatically so I will review again my use of oil over the year to ensure I am paying enough monthly to cover my usage but this attitude of not working with the customer to come up with a plan to cover costs drives me to look for another supplier”

“I am fairly new to oil fired central heating. A previous supplier proved unreliable, and another submitted a demand for an amount I had not incurred. When I was running low over the recent festive season and wasn't sure how best to order the lady I spoke to was most helpful and reassuring.”

“When a member of your team he said he could almost guarantee you would be cheaper _you were.when I ordered I was told about seven days unfortunately it was almost double,maybe because of the unprecedented weather we were having although I saw your vehicles in Aboyne regularly as I waited. I have recommended you to several friends, two I know have placed orders with you _ thank you”

“I wasn't there so this is all hearsay but your guys attempted at first to deliver to our neighbours (as they had been there before). I mentioned that we were neighbours of your existing customers when I booked and I left very clear instructions (which were on the ticket) about the tank being on the shoreline. Unfortunately your guys jumped to a conclusion without looking at the ticket. No harm done in fact but it seems to me the potential for this kind of mistake to happen is quite high. Given the value of the commodity you're dealing with I would have expected a stricter checking process. We will happily deal with you again but would like some reassurance that this could not happen again. Frank Reid 07860 104653.”
