I wasn't there so this is all hearsay but your guys attempted at first to deliver to our neighbours (as they had been there before). I mentioned that we were neighbours of your existing customers when I booked and I left very clear instructions (which were on the ticket) about the tank being on the shoreline. Unfortunately your guys jumped to a conclusion without looking at the ticket. No harm done in fact but it seems to me the potential for this kind of mistake to happen is quite high. Given the value of the commodity you're dealing with I would have expected a stricter checking process.
