“Your office staff and delivery drivers are excellent, but your oil prices are not nearly the keenest.”

“Received a response to my request for a quote for kerosene within a matter of minutes. When I called to order the oil the customer service was excellent and it was delivered next day. Prices are always competitive and I can rely in good service every time.”

“Pleased with next-day delivery but feel that there is scope for improvement at the pricing stage. I was quoted one price on the phone and then another cheaper price came through by email the same day! Credit for the difference was transferred to my account a few days later but this would have been unnecessary if Oilfast had some consistency in their pricing.”

“Maybe not the absolute cheapest but the reliable and friendly service from all the staff keeps me a customer of the Forfar branch How about Oilfast accepting the money off vouchers from other suppliers who are trying to poach my business?”
