“Speed of delivery not nearly as good as it was a few years ago. I pay monthly and would expect my delivery quicker than that of a casual customer but that doesn’t seem to be the case. When I called to check when my delivery was due recently the woman at the end of the phone was very abrupt and couldn’t wait to get me off the line. I must say that is not always the case and perhaps this was a one off. The delivery drivers have all been excellent and every one of them have been pleasant and well mannered….i must admit to not being keen to rate a business especially if not everything I have to say is good but you did request a review so I’ve answered as I’ve found”

“Great, Oilfast always attempts a delivery at the designated time, even if I've forgotten to clear a path through the garden to the oil tank. The drivers are also familiar with repeat customers so know how to access a tank.”

“When I phoned up the receptionist was very pleasant and delt with my request for heating oil quickly and gave me a delivery date which the delivered on time . I also received a good price for the oil. First class service all round.”
