“I like the concept very much but the size of the band are not what I expected, also I ordered the steel notches but found the engravings to be quite faint in this colour, overall I am pleased with my purchase but that’s more to do with the 20% going to SSAFA than the product itself, I think it may well end up in a drawer as it’s too tight on my wrist.”

Hi Jeff, please get in touch with either Notch or SSAFA as we will be happy to provide an exchange for a different size and different coloured Notches if you prefer. We want you to love bracelet not put it in the drawer!

“Have a few notch's for runs I have completed that I keep on a keyring. My last order arrived with one Notch incorrect. I called customer services who were super helpful and sent out the correct Notch immedicately which arrived the next day. Great customer service and a really lovely idea to display my personal achievements.”

“The whole concept is great and the products are excellent. I have a “tail” which is around 18months old and shows little sign of wear along with the notches, even though it is on my car key. The company do need to stop spamming though. As an existing customer I don’t need to be receiving constant advertising (almost daily). The unsubscribe option doesn’t always work and gets overwritten every time a new notch is ordered!”
