“I've loved owning and adding to my notch bracelet and was very upset to loose it whilst on a run. I contacted customer services and explained my problem and they not only found my previous orders enabling me to order replacements they gave me a discount on my order. everyone always comments on my notch and it's a great way to record my achievements. brilliant company (photo shows my original and replacement notches😁)”
