“Product is fine I needed the Medic alert one, measured wrist etc and ordered Medium which on instructions is aimed a women, shower me being autistic took measurements as literal and didn’t factor in the circumference of the Nothchs which then reduce the capacity when on and on your wrist 🤯 maybe this should be factored in on website - just an observation- I have had to buy a further none medic alert wrist cord at a largest size to enable me to add the 3 medical info notches - lesson learned!”

There are instructions on how to measure your wrist here: https://notch.io/pages/sizing-guide Once you have your wrist measurement and have selected the size, we add the extra room needed to allow for your Notches, so the finished bracelet should fit comfortably when charms are added. “Second notch bracelet with four notches. Did the personalised notches and they contacted to double check before creating them. Fantastic customer services. I love the bracelets too. They are comfortable and easy to get on, no fiddling about trying to secure the bracelet around your wrist with one hand”
