“Speedy delivery and a great product you can add to and personalise. Customer service brillant was a slight problem with my order but resolved so fast made me confident in using again. I ordered a custom notch and a pre designed notch to have a little reminder of good memories. Light weight and don’t even notice I’ve got my bracelet on and if you build up your design each notch comes with stoppers so they don’t annoyingly keep moving round the bracelet. Could not be happier”

“I've been looking for a medical braclet for ages - but I have lymphoedema so my wrist is larger than any bracelet I could find. Notch let me create my own size and already had a Lymphoedema Notch charm as well as a few others that fell into my basket, along with the amazing idea of an ICE charm as well. I wish I'd known about these when the children were younger!”
