“Love my Notch bracelet and two charms. I went for the marine rope variety and was really pleased with the quality of both the bracelet and charms. Both arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. I will definitely be adding to my charms and maybe another bracelet. Thank you Notch Team.”

“Very pleased with my bracelet. Also like that NOTCH offer minimalist environmentally friendly packaging. I bought my bracelet as a medical ID. I bought a colour of my choice and had three clasp engraved. I would have bought one of the 'NOTCH medical bracelets ' but they were only offered in red or black.l, which I didn't want. It would be better for NOTCH to offer a range of colours and use the universal caduceus symbol, which indicates medical needs, on the clasp.”

Great news - you can customise your own bracelet with any of our cords and add the medical ID clasp 🎉. We don't currently have an icon of the caduceus symbol, but we can definitely ask our design team if this is something they can test for you 🤗 Turning an icon into a Notch takes time and we consider various aspects including clarity of the finished design and how popular it may be among all our customers. “I think the concept is fantastic and the same can be said of the customer service, but be warned, despite their claim the magnets are incredibly strong you need to be very careful, because if they catch on anything, the bracelets do come off and you wouldn’t notice. I recommend only wearing it as a piece of costume jewellery.”

Hi 😊 Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really do appreciate all customer feedback. We're sorry that the item did not arrive in time even though the correct order was sorted the same day it was reported to us. As advised, our courier service requires a signature on delivery and can take between 2-3 days, so we thought using Royal Mail 1st Class would be the quickest option. Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, and while they usually deliver quickly, we are unable to control their exact timings. Regarding your missing bracelet - we replied to your email and suggested keeping an eye out for a few more days in case it turned up 🤗 Occasionally, kind people even contact us to say they’ve found one. We did send a follow-up email to check if yours has been found, but we haven’t heard back yet. The magnets we use are incredibly strong and secure, and unless there’s a fault, which is very rare, they do stay put! At NOTCH®, we pride ourselves on being with our customers every step of the way - from the moment you order to long after your bracelet arrives. We truly hope you’ve been reunited with your bracelet, and we’d love to hear back from you to help however we can.
