“Really impressed with their customer service - I ordered a personalised notch which wasn't the colour I expected when it arrived. Within a couple of hours of emailing, I'd had a response and a replacement was shipped out and arrived a few days later. The colour is perfect and I'm a very happy customer!”

“Easy to navigate website, although previewing personalised notches didn't appear to work, bracelet arrived quickly and response to my request for sourcing the black spacers because I'd stupidly lost one was rapid and resolved by sending out a couple of spares, bracelet looks good, can't wait to add to itb”
