“The staff at NOTCH could not have been more helpful and accommodating throughout my order process. Including emails and phone calls to me to confirm all details and make my purchase as efficient and hassle free as possible. Top level communication and customer service from the NOTCH team. Hi Kevin 🤗 Thanks for leaving us feedback, we really appreciate all customer comments. We can see that your order placed on the 22nd of May was shipped from our studio, via Royal Mail 1st Class on the 23rd of May. A shipping confirmation was sent out to you via email with the tracking number ☺️. The tracking number issued by Royal Mail 1st Class provides confirmation that it has been posted and again when it has been delivered. If there is no update on the Royal Mail tracking system this means that it is still with the Royal Mail. We have popped you a direct message to help resolve this. Thanks ☺️

“I have given a 4 star as I had to message via Facebook to see if the item I wanted was still available as it did not appear on the normal site. Once I had a reply from that message that I could get the item I had a seamless outcome. the item has arrived and is waiting to be given to my son.”
