“Love my bracelet. So I purchased a lace tag as I'd just completed my first half marathon. The quality is great. But I'm so disappointed that your branding is in a larger font than the accomplishment.”

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the engraving size. The NOTCH branding does appear on all of our lace tags, as shown on our website, and this is consistent across the range. In your case, the accomplishment text requested was quite long, so the engraving was smaller to ensure it would fit neatly and remain legible on the tag. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope the lace tag still serves as a meaningful reminder of an incredible milestone. “I ordered this for medical ID. I have taken it off and put it back on several times with no issues with the clasp or beads. The only thing to be careful of is the text can be affected by grease and dirt. I was fixing a mashine and got some grease on the main clasp lettering which has tarnished it, but that was my own fault.”
