“Really lovely product and great way to celebrate milestones (and indeed to push to achieve milestones). Would have helped to have the brass notch illustrated with the other colour notches on your website as I purchased a “gold” one thinking it was the “brass” one in the images and so was initially disappointed with its appearance.”

“There was a slight issue with my delivery, a bracelet was missing but after a short conversation with Notch this was all sorted and delivered straight away. I like the bracelets and the achievements I can celebrate.”

“Very happy. Was better than expected and very fast delivery even given the circumstances at the moment. Love how there’s set collections along with the option of having whatever you like on the notches. Also the available “emojis” are a great addition.”

“Great product and service. I've placed two orders so far and both have come promptly. The only negatives are that firstly my two notches look so different. Not sure if it's because they have changed the way they make them since last year or if it's due to how many letters/numbers you use. Secondly I wish there was an option to receive no packaging. I am hoping to fill my bracelet so will be ordering more notches and do not need a little bag for each of them as they will all be on my bracelet. Seems like a waste!”

“the bracelet is very nice, i love it. there is a thing that i don’t like, the text because i wrote “ Juan “ and you sent me “JUAN”. i think it would be very nice if you make a bracelet for the ankle, i mean, longer than than the actual bracelet. i had to wait many time to receive the bracelet. is really the first notch in spain? thank you best regarss”

“The bracelet is a gift for my son's 18th birthday next month. I am really pleased with it and the efficiency of the ordering and delivery. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't an option to receive a gift 'tin' as featured on the website as it is for a special occasion. Hopefully my son will be as pleased as I am.”
