About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 300,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, ChuckIt! and more.

“Great range of products & very fast delivery. Ordered the non stop high boots for our dog & received well packaged very quickly . Sadly the product wasn't ' water resistant ' and the inside was wet after our short walk , but the delivery & tracking etc were excellent”

“We have used Ruffwear harnesses before and are always very pleased with them. They are well made, last for years and also wash well. It was delivered within two days by post which was super fast!”

“Great company. Love the products & services. Really helpful and knowledgeable. My issue of late is that we are between seasons & my dog appears to be between sizes for a raincoat. Having just started daycare we had an urgent need for a coverall, not for warmth but for less mud! He had a long back. Then given limited availability he either needed a different collar or harness to match. No imperative but the fit of the rainwear was important as he sees the harness & overall raincoat as a straight jacket & acts accordingly. Sorry neither products worked this time but I’m sure we’ll need a new collar, lead & harness shortly.”

“The two leads arrived promptly and are exactly what we were looking for. The handle is comfortable and the clip is quite large and easy to open. This was important as my wife finds it hard to open some clips.”

“Excellent coat for our daily walks when it’s often less than 2 degrees with a wind chill of minus 3 to minus 5. Weather on the North coast of the Scottish Highlands is often wet, cold, and very windy! Our dog is a westie-poodle cross whose coat is very fine and silky. If he gets wet, he gets very cold quickly even if there’s lots of running and zoomies! This NonStopDogWear Glacier Coat 2.0 (33cm - neck to tail size) is perfect. Fits well over Ruffwear harness (also from Mountain Dog).”
