“Beautiful surroundings, calm, peaceful. The seating was comfortable and I loved the opportunity to pick 25 photos to be shown during the reflection piece of music. It was so personal. I would highly recommend it.”

“The facilities at Memoria were very well designed and provided a peaceful, comfortable and ambient place to say farewell to our Mam. The technology side of things provided a great photo and musical tribute. The one downside was the overrunning of the previous service which resulted in those attending having to wait outside for quite a while. My elderly Aunt who has some mobility issues was struggling so maybe some outside seating in the immediate vicinity could be available for such occasions.”

“Firstly the building is impressive....smart, new and nicely designed. It has a generally light, airy feel and facilities are very good. The service offered by Memoria is as good as possible for a crematorium.”

“We had my wife's funeral and cremation at Waveney Crematorium. The chapel was very comfortable and the atmosphere was kept relaxed. I particularly liked the slide show of photographs which brought back so many memories, not just for me, but for my family and friends too. The whole experience was handled beautifully.”

“Not a crematorium but a great departure lounge. The funeral was seamless, and the atmosphere was comfortable as it can be at these events. Were there no issues or negative experiences during the funeral, the staff were unobtrusive from both the site and the funeral directors (Nevilles- Ampthill) which made a sad day professionally managed, with no pressure to rush you out afterwards and time to reflect on service in the gardens outside.”

“Set in lovely surroundings we couldn’t fault our experience. Everything went smoothly and the chapel was inviting with the comfy chairs, we had plenty of time to chat to family and friends outside afterwards. The staff were all very polite and helpful, no request was too small. Thank you”

“I wasn’t there for my father’s cremation because we had a Mass at church. However, I was more than happy the way it was all handled and I was in fact there 5 years ago for my mother’s cremation. Thank you for handling it all with great respect and professionalism.”

“Barnby Dun is a new crematorium, with some of the planting still reaching maturity, but the openness and landscaping is beautiful. The setting is peaceful and open, letting in light on a very dark occasion. The staff were efficient and respectful, sorting out a technical issue in the middle of the service with the minimum of fuss and bother. The screens for projecting images onto were a lovely touch. One elderly guest arrived early after a very long journey and even had a cup of tea made for her!”
