“We recently had a service for my grandad at North Herts Memoria. The staff couldn’t do more and ran a beautiful service for us. I’d also like to thank Donna for the kindness and empathy she showed towards us upon our arrival and departure.”

“We were very impressed with the staff, the setting, remembrance garden and parking at Memoria Waveney. I have conducted hundreds of funerals all over the country as a retired minister and this is in my opinion, the best crematorium I have visited.”

“The venue is spotlessly clean, the chapel allows lots of light in so is beautiful even when the weather is not so good. They have the facility to webcast, which allowed people to be a part of it even if they couldn't travel the distance. The personnel are superbly professional and considerate, and the service could not have gone any better. Thank you!”

“We greatly appreciated the opportunity to visit the site with Donna before the day of the funeral itself. This helped us prepare emotionally as well as logistically. We had a large group of attendees, who arrived to find that the previous funeral service had overrun somewhat, but the serenity of the site and the response of the Memoria staff meant that this wasn't an issue at all. The site is lovely -- peaceful, open, and very comfortable inside, with generous seating. The location was great too. It was just the right place for our service.”

“From the beautiful extensive grounds/gardens and plentiful parking spaces to the modern bright air-conditioned chapel, it would be hard to better the Holwell site for a family funeral. In addition, the staff are welcoming, respectful and understanding of this emotional time when everything has to be ‘just perfect‘ for the loved one’s departure. I and my family were extremely impressed with the facilities and service received.”

“Well managed cremation and staff v corteous. Only minor thing was that the music was a bit loud on entering and continued on for a bit while the priest was starting to talk. Overall v good though”

“We only had the commital at the Crematorium as there had been a church service beforehand. All very professional. Music played as I had requested. Thought the 'lit up' name above the coffin was special. Mum would have loved that. Chose this Crem as close to Ickleford where Mum lived.”
