“This is the 3rd family funeral i have held here. The place even though it is close to the A38 you dont hear any sound, a lovely place for anyone's loved ones final day.”

“From the very beginning of planning dad’s funeral we were impressed with the relationship between Storey’s and the crematorium. The attention to detail was what made the difference for us as a family. The celebrant was amazing and captured dad perfectly. The tone of the service was perfect and as good as we could have hoped. Family and friends were all impressed with the quality of service, the nice comforting atmosphere within the building and were pleased to be part of the celebration of dad’s life.”

“Everything went really smoothly, and my dad had a great send off, the one negative thing was I would have liked to spend some time with the guests that were not coming back to the wake. Just a covered place outside would have been welcomed”

“I recently had to say goodbye to my husband We had our service at North Herts. Everything from start to finish was just what I wanted. Very professional and caring. I find the place very tranquil and the gardens beautiful. We had a turnout of about 300 people. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was perfect inside the building and the surrounding gardens. The only thing the family would have liked is more time for the service including conversations afterwards in the grounds - an hour is not enough. We felt rushed, with mourners arriving for the next service before we had left.”
