“The staff at Memoria were very helpful, ensuring that the technical requirements worked really smoothly. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. My only suggestion is that the signage on the road leading to the crematorium needs to be a bit clearer - it is easy to miss the turn into it.”

“The venue itself has a calming atmosphere, with a warm but orderly presence. The service rooms seating is comfortable with its soft furnishings. Facilities available ie projections of photos, sound track system were clear and well orchestrated,adding to the well presented service by Zoe. All in all a professional and satisfying service was received.”

“The surroundings on the entrance to the crematorium are kept very clean. The seating was ample for our service. Glad that it was streamed so our families and friends who were not able to be there could watch so at least be a part of the ceremony.”
