“The site is set out beautifully with a peaceful tree lined entrance. Inside there was the opportunity to display a photograph of Dad and the option of a video montage or still image on either side of the central area. The room is modern and seats lots of people. All staff associated with the company were professional at all times and we received Dad’s ashes back the week after. Thank you for providing an excellent local service so we don’t have to travel to Coychurch.”

“Everything from start to finish was done with the utmost professionalism by the staff at Memoria Barnby Moor. The grounds and surrounding area are quite beautiful, and the building itself is incredibly peaceful and very comfortable. The sofas were lovely, and it meant I could sit side by side in comfort with my family. A big thank you to all concerned.”

“The crematoria. itself is lovely but I found the parking very distressing as people leaving from the previous service or attending the one after my mothers were dotted about everywhere and after my mothers service I felt very rushed to leave. I know you are very busy but the service Is saying a final farewell to a precious relative. I was ushered quickly to to the flower park before Thanking the Rev or the attenees. Perhaps an extra 5 mins would help with this.”
